The remainder of his school years was spent in Austin with his loving family. A product of the Austin and Round Rock Independent School Districts, Dr. Wu attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate education where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Biology from the College of Natural Sciences and a certificate in Business Foundations from the McCombs School of Business. By this time, his grandfather had passed and Dr. Wu was unsure where his degree would take him.
His introduction to chiropractic occurred shortly after graduation, in which he sought treatment for neck and back pain after an automotive collision. Dr. Wu’s sister had seen amazing results with her chiropractor and suggested he try it. After a few weeks of treatment, the pain from the accident subsided, and Dr. Wu had never felt better. He started researching chiropractic in detail and interviewed many practicing doctors. Upon hearing that chiropractic and acupuncture complemented each other and provided a synergistic effect to heal patients more effectively, Dr. Wu’s decision to begin chiropractic school was cemented. It was as if Grandpa was sending a message.
Dr. Wu graduated from Parker University College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas and sees all patients willing to take charge of their own health.
